1. Consulting Services InterBlu Digital provides professional UX strategy, design, and development services. All advice provided in "Free Mini-Audits" is for informational purposes and does not constitute a formal project agreement.

2. Intellectual Property Unless otherwise agreed in a specific project contract, all methodologies and strategic frameworks used by InterBlu Digital remain the property of the studio. Upon full payment of a project, the final "Digital Asset" (code/design) is transferred to the client.

3. Liability While we specialise in identifying friction and optimising for growth, InterBlu Digital cannot guarantee specific commercial results (e.g., exact revenue increases) as these are subject to external market factors.

4. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
